Kate is part of the Property Law team based in our Papakura office. Her focus areas include Property Law, Wills, Estate Administration and Trust Law. Kate is passionate about providing practical advice to clients in these areas, particularly in regard to buying and selling property and the best ways to protect their interests. She enjoys advising clients on putting Wills in place and making any changes to existing Wills, and helping Executors and families in administrating the Estates of their loved ones.
Kate graduated from the University of Auckland with Honours in Law in 2013 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2015. Prior to working at Inder Lynch, Kate spent three years working for an international foreign trust company. Kate also has a Bachelor of Arts and is accomplished in both spoken and written Spanish.
Born in the UK, Kate attended high school in Papakura and has lived in the area since 2004. She volunteers for the Citizens Advice Bureau at weekends and enjoys providing practical advice and helping those clients solve a wide range of problems. Kate is married to a pilot and they have two young daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
